Golden Globes nominee Anne Hathaway gets a jump on the awards-season mania at the 20th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival, where the actress – sparkling in a Balmain dress and Cartier jewels – picked up the prestigious Desert Palm Achievement Award for Rachel Getting Married.
