As if being co-hosts
and nominees at the Golden Globes
weren't enough, Tina Fey
and Amy Poehler amusingly added fake
nominees to their job duties on Sunday.
The former Saturday Night Live
castmates – nominated for best actress in a TV comedy, which was won by Lena Dunham of HBO's Girls
– crashed the categories of best actor and actress in a TV movie or miniseries, putting on loony disguises and sneaking in as nominees for a fairly bizarre-sounding film called Dog President
Poehler, sporting red hair and buck teeth, was introduced as actress Darcy St. Fudge, "a psychic who solves her own murder." Fey popped up in the actor category as Damian Francisco, "a professional volleyball player battling restless-leg syndrome."
