Going six for six at the Grammys, the British singer rounded out her trophy collection to eight, having already won best new artist and best female pop vocal performance for "Chasing Pavements" in 2008. "I can't tell you how I feel about it. It's been the most life-changing year," Adele, 23, said after picking up album of the year for 21.
