"I was really lucky the week of the CMAs because I was in Nashville promoting Country Strong, and I really had a nice schedule when I was there," the actress tells PEOPLE, sharing how she unwound before hitting the red carpet. "I got to go out and eat ribs and chicken and potatoes and pie, and just go crazy with my fun – Cracker Barrel and everything else that I love and am obsessed with in Nashville."
