She technically won't turn 40 until May 18, but it's impossible to talk about fab Golden Globes stars without including the two-time winner – and nominee this year! The 30 Rock star, who famously lost 30 lbs. when she went on-camera at Saturday Night Live, gets sexier every year. "Because of the Greek-girl thing, I have, like, boobs and butt," she told Vanity Fair. As a result, she jokes, "I only have two speeds – either matronly or a little too slutty. I have to be steered away from cheetah print."
