Cate Blanchett, Eva Mendes and Maria Bello all have makeup artist Elaine Offers on speed dial. At up to $2,500 per house call, she'll arrive with her potions and powders to work her magic. "I have to be careful to layer foundation and powders so they'll last for hours," says Offers. Her top product picks?
