The inspiration for the gorgeous haircolor that the actress debuted at the SAG Awards came from a surprising source – a wig! Her hairstylist David Babaii found himself captivated by a period wig containing various tones of ginger, and asked the star's colorist Lorri Goddard-Clark to replicate the look. Lorri color-matched the tones and deepened Kidman's color to a gingered toffee red using a combination of deposit-only color, her signature foil-out reverse highlighting technique and a sulfate-free glaze.
