Fergie, Kelly Osbourne and more are talking up their favorite fitness tricks and must-do routines


"Most of it is trying to switch it up so you don't get bored," the actress shares. "When you get bored, you're just like 'I don't wanna go!'" She credits her fit physique to a mix of pilates, spinning and circuit training, but admits "I'm just like everyone else – I go through my stage when I feel super motivated and want to work out every day, and then I won't work out for two or three weeks and feel [terrible]. Then I'll get back on the wagon again!"
