Jennifer has some of the best gams in the business, so it's no surprise that she loves leg-toning exercises. "I work out with my trainer and we do a lot of lunges and squats, which really helps tone legs." The former Fly Girl loves dance for the same reason: "Along with being a great cardio workout, it’s amazing for the legs!"
