Make no mistake, maintaining Kim Kardashian's million-dollar asset takes plenty of hard work. "For me and my body, squats and lunges are a must," she tells PEOPLE of her favorite body-shaping move. And while Kim has mastered the fitness routine that works for her, that doesn't mean that she isn't constantly trying to improve. "If I had a goal for this year, it would be to eat better," she says. "I just want to eat more proteins. I eat too many carbs, too many sugars – all the good stuff," she laughs.
