Karina Smirnoff, who gets "bored very easily" when it comes to working out, likes to mix up her exercise routine. One of her favorite ways to stay in shape? "Gyrotonics – it's all based on resistance and you don't actually use weights. You actually stretch out as you tone up," the Dancing with the Stars pro says of the exercise done on specialized machines and utilizing circular movements.
