When Whitney Port moved to the Big Apple to star on The City, she realized how hitting the pavement could be a great workout. "I go to the gym three times a week, but I pretty much only do squats, lunges, and circuit training," says the reality star and designer. "My cardio is my walk to the gym. It's a 25-minute walk there and a 25-minute walk back." The extra hoofing ("I almost never take a cab," she says) has also been enough to keep her in shape – despite a newly formed dessert habit.
