Miranda Kerr was in a yoga-induced comfort zone when she began working out with trainer Justin Gelband, who shook up the Victoria's Secret model's routine – and changed her body. "I incorporate balance, yoga, boxing and Pilates," says the New York City-based fitness expert. "We do a run or use the [Pilates] reformer." By keeping her body constantly surprised, Kerr – who sticks to raw and organic foods and drinks alkaline water – helped accentuate her curves and add muscle. "We focused on her hips, butt and thighs," he says. "Her legs are toned, not skinny. She looks fit." – Sara Hammel
