To stay in shape while touring with country star George Strait this summer, Julianne Hough is all about having "mandatory fun." "We've been playing wiffle ball and ultimate Frisbee and stuff," says the Dancing with the Stars pro. "With [my dog] Lexi, we go up and down the stairs at the amphitheater and run across the lawn." And when it comes to late-night eating, the singer steers clear of snacking on pizza and sweets. "My biggest thing is just don't eat too much, finish when you're full, eat when you want and then you'll be fine," she says. – Serena Kappes and Katie Kauss
