'CLEAN' UP YOUR ACT
Though she's devoted to working out, even Gwyneth Paltrow sometimes sees her waistline fluctuate. Her solution? After a recent three-week "Clean" detox, the actress "dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious 'relax and enjoy life phase' about a month ago," she wrote recently in her GOOP newsletter. The program, which promotes eating organic foods and eliminating toxins, also gave her renewed energy. "[It] allowed me to work and exercise regularly," she writes, which "I cannot do if I am on a liquid-only detox .... I can report that it worked wonders." – Charlotte Triggs
