Since becoming pregnant with her first child, Adriana Lima has made a shift in her exercise routine out of necessity. "I wake up tired. I've been feeling sick all day," admits the supermodel. Instead of daily cardio sessions ("I would jump rope for 10 minutes," she says) and kickboxing lessons, the Victoria's Secret Angel has found a different form of movement. "I'm doing yoga now," she says. "I didn't take used to take it seriously, but now I realize it's really good way to get some exercise – and it's fun." – Charlotte Triggs
