Looking good in a bikini is all in a day's work for Marisa Miller. Her trick to toning up for a two-piece? Resistance bands. "I can throw the bands in my suitcase and do it in my hotel room and make it easy," says the Victoria's Secret model. Another bonus: "They're pretty simple, but they're good for toning your butt, your legs, your arms – anything," says Miller, who fits in 30-minute sessions, including leg lifts and kicks, five times a week. – Jenny Sundel
