When it comes to staying in shape, Malin Akerman likes to keep her body guessing. "It's very much about shocking your body. If you do the same routine every single day your body gets used to it," the Watchmen star explains. The actress is a fan of the military-inspired CrossFit conditioning program, a varied workout which mixes elements of gymnastics, weight-training and cardio for short, intense periods of time.
