SQUEEZE IN EXERCISE
Like new moms everywhere, Gwyneth Paltrow struggled to find time to exercise after the birth of her second baby, now-3-year-old son Moses. The solution? Trainer Tracy Anderson encouraged the busy actress to break up her workouts. "I'd say, 'We know we have 20 minutes in the morning while one's napping and one's at preschool, so let's take that 20 minutes and exercise.' And we'd do toning at night," says Anderson, who also trains Madonna. "As moms, it's important to take time for ourselves, exercise, sweat out the toxins and look and feel the best we can." – K.C.
