Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who has celiac disease, is eating right during her third pregnancy with some of the yummy gluten-free recipes whipped up by nutritionist Ashley Koff R.D. One of the View cohost's favorites? A smoothie rich in fiber and antioxidants made with unsweetened almond milk, berries, half a banana and ground flaxseed. "It's not about deprivation, especially with all the great g-free foods now available," says Koff, who was nutritional consultant on Hasselbeck's book The G-Free Diet.
