ADD SOME 'MAGIC' TO YOUR DIET
Alicia Silverstone wants to spread the word about how certain healing "magic foods" can boost your health. The actress is writing a book, The Kind Diet, which details some of her go-to staples – including seaweed, which is rich in calcium and B vitamins. "It makes your skin look amazing and your hair really strong," says Silverstone. "One of the recipes in my book is leftover nori (a type of seaweed) wraps.
