Julia Roberts likes to switch up her fitness routine so she doesn't get bored. To train for her role in Duplicity, the actress hit the pool in her Malibu home for a mixture of running, cross-country ski movements and arm exercises. "She needs to look good on screen, but she also needs the strength and energy to run around after her kids offscreen," her trainer Kathy Kaehler tells InStyle.com.
