Marie Osmond lost 46 pounds in 2007 and has kept it off. How'd she do it? By changing her eating habits – and her perspective. "My whole attitude changed to, 'I just want to be healthy,' " she says. The singer joined NutriSystem (eventually becoming their spokesperson), reduced portion sizes and started walking. "It took eight years to put [the weight] on and four months to take it off," she says. And though she turns 50 in October, "I feel like a 20 year old," she says.
