For volleyball pro Gabrielle Reece, working out is a day at the beach – literally. "Any time you can get outside, it also helps your stress," says the mother of two, who lives in Hawaii during the winter and calls her exercise sessions on the sand "active meditation." Her advice: Don't let chilly temperatures hold you back from expanding your workout options.
