The benefits of exercise are much more than physical for Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly. "I do a lot of running, which I enjoy for mental reasons too," she tells Health magazine. "I'll be really frazzled and run for 30 minutes, and everything sort of seems clear again." And her focus is feeling strong – not reaching a target weight. "It's about taking care of myself, as opposed to wanting to look a certain way. I don't really ever stand on a scale."
