Ten months after giving birth to son Jackson, Without a Trace actress Poppy Montgomery has lost the 70 lbs. she put on during her pregnancy. "It took a lot of work," says Montgomery, who went on the meal-delivery plan Sunfare and worked out six days a week to the DVD home workout system P90X. "I loved every second of putting on the weight and I don’t regret it,” she says. “But wearing that bikini again felt great!"
