Earlier this year, Ashley Tisdale embarked upon an ambitious five-day-a-week workout regimen with a personal trainer. When she wasn't using an elliptical machine or free weights, the High School Musical star turned to her Wii Fit for exercise. "It's great for people who love video games," raves Tisdale, whose favorite activities are the "hula hoop to work your abs, and games to help with balance."
