Nicole Richie and 30 Rock star Jane Krakowski are among the celebs who've trained with Thalia Thomas at her Studio Soma in West Hollywood. Besides her Soma Sculpt workout, a combination of cardio, weights and Pilates, Thomas has an important tip for her clients: Skip caffeine, which can dehydrate you during exercise. "Your body, when dehydrated, thinks it's starving so it holds onto fat and water and you end up bloated," says the former dancer.
