Always wanted to learn ballroom dancing – just not in public? Choreographer Mary Murphy, the not-so-shy judge of So You Think You Can Dance, is a fan (and spokesperson for) of the Core Rhythms DVD series, which incorporates samba, meringue and paso doble moves into a total-body workout aimed at toning your abs, glutes, hips and arms at home.
