SIP LANCE'S PICK-ME-UP
Here's an alternative to your afternoon soda break: Lance Armstrong loves FRS Healthy Energy drink, which is packed with a natural antioxidant called quercetin, known for its anti-inflammatory properties. FRS's quercetin comes from the skin of the Brazilian fava d'anta fruit, but it's also found in blueberries and red onions. The cyclist – who knows a little something about endurance – has partnered with the metabolism-boosting drink, saying it "fits in line with me wanting to live to be ninety." – Thailan Pham
