Red alert! The secret to Oscar success has been found.

From Kate Winslet to Susan Sarandon, the Oscar winners’ circle is full of flame-haired beauties. Not all of them have had red locks 24/7, but a brush with auburn tresses appears to be enough to get you on the path towards that coveted gold statuette.

This is good news for 2014’s red-hot Academy Award nominees, Amy Adams and Julia Roberts. Meet the flock of famous gingers these actresses will be joining if they win.
