Among the couture gowns and fitted tuxedos at the Grammys red carpet was one man in a crazy clown costume.

Slipknot co-founder Shawn Crahan attended Sunday night’s ceremony in his trademark clown costume, alongside his wife and daughter, who were dressed in more classic red carpet attire.

As a member of Slipknot, Crahan won a Grammy in 2006 for best metal performance. The band has been nominated six additional times.

At press time, Crahan had not visited the mani-cam.
