On the heels of Thursday's Oscar nominations comes another highly anticipated awards season event, Saturday's Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The SAG Awards, celebrating its 20th year, is the only award show that exclusively recognizes performers. This year, 4,400 active members of The Screen Actors Guild nominated Oprah Winfrey, Emma Thompson and James Gandolfini, along with other award show darlings, for the SAG's top honors.

To set up an event glamorous enough for this star-studded guest list takes manpower, finesse and lots of champagne. Here are the impressive numbers – and feet of red carpet – needed to pull off a seamless SAG Awards production.

The 20th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will air Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014 (at 8 p.m. ET) on TNT and TBS.
