Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, Lawrence, 22, said she's honored to be a member of the Academy but was aghast to learn that her mother filled out the official ballot and mailed it in – only to find it returned to their home because it was mailed to the wrong address!
So did the Silver Linings Playbook star agree with her mom's choices? "No, I didn't," Lawrence said with a laugh.
