Honest Abe and Night Vision cocktails

Sure, you can spring for a bag of popcorn – but here's an even tastier companion for your movie awards night: a cocktail.

Stir up one of these concoctions that honor Lincoln and Zero Dark Thirty, two of the biggest films of awards-show season. And whether or not either of these Hollywood darlings take home a prize at Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards, well, cheers.

Honest Abe

A tribute to Lincoln nominated at the SAG Awards for: outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture; outstanding performance by a male actor in a leading role; outstanding performance by a male actor in a supporting role; outstanding performance by a female actor in a supporting role
Ingredients
• 2 oz. vodka (recipe recommends Skyy)
• 2 oz. tonic water
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. simple syrup
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the tonic water in a tall mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a collins glass with fresh ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with raspberry and blueberry on a pick.

Night Vision

Ingredients
A tribute to Zero Dark Thirty nominated at the SAG Awards for: outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role
• 1 oz. melon liqueur (recipe recommends Midori)
• 2 oz. dry ginger ale
• Juice from 2 lime wedges
Directions
Pour over ice and serve in a low ball glass.
