Her most recent big-time event was about as huge as it gets – creating a killer menu for royalty in the form of Prince William and Kate during their visit to the U.S. last summer.

This week, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis will have another big night as she serves Hollywood royalty at InStyle's Viewing Dinner for the Golden Globes as well as the afterparty with Warner Bros.

Expected to nosh on her creations are Angelina Jolie, Natalie Portman, Charlize Theron, Michelle Williams and Kate Winslet.

This marks the first time De Laurentiis has designed a menu for a major awards show celebration. Her menu will feature the Italian cuisine with California influences she's known for, and is set to include "both comforting favorites and sumptuous classics."

Guests will dine on pastas and salads, roast tenderloin of beef, and De Laurentiis will cap the evening with a selection of her favorite desserts.

The full menu for the InStyle dinner – created in collaboration with The Beverly Hilton’s Executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi – is:

Chilled Cauliflower soup with bacon and croutons

Mini Chicken meatballs
Beef Crostini with curry mayonnaise
Crostini with Pecorino, apple and fig jam
