Pregnancy may have forced her to give up skiing (she didn't hit the slopes on a recent jaunt to Switzerland), but the royal mum-to-be refuses to ditch her pumps too. She attended a wedding during the trip wearing heels, though an onlooker tells PEOPLE, "She was being very careful" in them.
