Hayden Panettiere is all about faking a tan and saving her skin this summer. "Lots and lots and lots of sunscreen. Stay out of the sun," the Neutrogena spokesperson tells PEOPLE. "Sunless tanners not only look better, but they protect your skin and you'll be very happy when you're older and you don't have to deal with skin cancer. It's important, and I always say, hats and sunscreen, and you can still look beautifully tan."
