Each dress has at least one copy, Horth says; this Armani number has three "because it's white." However, for the first 24 shows, the dresses were still one-of-a-kind, which led to some improvisation. "For the first 24 shows, I asked [maintenance] not to clean them, because it was too dangerous if something happened. It sounds crazy but it was better to do it that way," she said. "Now all the doubles are ready – and each dress is cleaned, like, every five shows."
