Four Easy Steps
1: Apply Fekkai Full Blown Volume Styling Whip to damp hair and part above highest peak of brow's arch.
2: Blow dry hair using a round brush.
3: Curl 2-in. sections of hair throughout using an iron and pin in place to cool.
4: Brush hair smooth using a flat brush and mist with Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray.
