Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford knows that being pregnant doesn't mean you have to embrace your roots. The actress, who recently gave birth to her second baby, tells PEOPLE.com that she kept her color perfect with the eco-friendly, semi-permanent colorant Coloursplash!, developed by her long-time colorist Tracy Hill. "I just love it! I can use it while pregnant to keep color fresh," she explained. "You just add water, and put it on like a shampoo." And it certainly works for non-pregnant women on the go as well. "It's great if you are traveling and can't get your color touched up," Rutherford raved.
