To tone up for her upcoming guest-starring role on CSI: NY, former Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari turned to trainer Eric Paskel. "Her goals are to define her arms, particularly her triceps and shoulders," says Paskel, who taught her the alligator push-up. "Start in a plank pose and lower down, just hovering above the ground and using hand and feet, walk yourself forward three steps and three steps back.
