What's Courteney Cox Arquette's secret to turning back the clock? Cardio and weight-training sessions five times a week. "After you turn 25, women start to lose muscle mass and your metabolism lowers," explains Arquette's trainer, Michelle Lovitt. "You basically offset age with exercise."
