Despite reports that Debbie Rowe, 55, is now seeking custody of Michael Jackson’s three kids, a source close to the family says the children’s grandmother, Katherine Jackson, who currently shares guardianship of Prince, 17, Paris, 16, and Blanket, 12, with their cousin T.J. Jackson, is not concerned.

“Katherine isn’t worried about it. It will never happen,” says a source. “She’s not heard a word about this from Debbie Rowe officially or unofficially and she hasn’t been contacted by her lawyers.”

The Jackson family turmoil appears to be settling down as matriarch Katherine Jackson was reinstated as a guardian of her grandchildren and Jermaine Jackson backed off on a challenge of his brother Michael’s will.

At a hearing Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff found that Katherine was doing a “wonderful job” with the late singer’s kids, Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10.

Police have had contact with Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson after her nephew reported her missing over the weekend.

Detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department told NBC News that they have spoken to Katharine, 82, and she is on a planned vacation in Arizona, it was reported on Monday’s Today show.

Katherine, the guardian of her late son Michael Jackson’s three children, is said to be with her daughter Rebbie.

Katherine Jackson Reported Missing by Nephew

Katherine Jackson – mother of Michael and Janet Jackson – has been reported missing, according to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.

According to a report filed by her nephew Trent late Saturday night, Jackson had not been heard from in a week. Paris Jackson confirmed the report via Twitter, writing: “yes, my grandmother is missing. i haven’t spoken with her in a week i want her home now.”

Jackson Family: Blanket Never Threatened with Stun Gun

A lawyer for Katherine Jackson is zapping reports that Jermaine Jackson’s 13-year-old son Jaafar allegedly tried to harm the late King of Pop’s son Blanket with a stun gun.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services visited the Jacksons’ Encino, Calif., home, but the family insists it was much ado about nothing.

“Blanket Jackson never saw or heard the stun gun,” says attorney Adam Streisand in a statement. “Neither did Paris Jackson. Prince saw the stun gun in the possession of security. There is no second stun gun.”
