Ice-T's Grandson Charged in Shooting Death of Roommate: Report

Rapper Ice-T’s grandson is in police custody after he accidentally shot and killed his roommate, according to news reports.

Elyjah Marrow, 19, was arrested Tuesday in Marietta, Georgia, and charged in the shooting death of Daryus Johnson, 19, The Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports.

Marrow was allegedly handling a gun when it discharged, fatally injuring Johnson, authorities say.

Coco and Ice-T have a new bundle of joy – the kind with furry paws!

The couple, who plan to embark into the world of parenthood on their reality show Ice Loves Coco soon, have brought home a puppy fathered by their bulldog Spartacus.

“Everybody meet the newest member of the family, King Maximus!! (Spartacus’s son),” Coco wrote on WhoSay Sunday, sharing a photo of the little pup sitting in a car.

Mariska Hargitay Taking a 'Couple Weeks' Off SVU

Law & Order: SVU star Ice-T was surprised to hear that his costar, Mariska Hargitay, was re-hospitalized Tuesday night after she had returned to the set so quickly – less than a month – after undergoing surgery in January for a partially collapsed lung.

On Monday, the actress’s rep issued a statement saying, “Mariska is recovering well and is expected to return to SVU in the next couple of weeks.”


Rapper Ice-T, who built a rap reputation on his gangster past, says a life of crime isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. “Crime is glamorous until you get caught,” the rapper said. “You had the best clothes, the best cars but you always ended up dead or in the pen. I said to myself, `I can’t go to jail. I’m too fly for that.’ So I started thinking of an alternative way out.” A former gang member and pimp, he got into rap music after spending four years in the U.S. Army. “When I was in the gang, I would do these raps for them,” Ice-T told students at the University of Toledo.
