SPLIT: Mike Tyson’s second wife, second-year medical school resident Monica Tyson, has filed for divorce on grounds of adultery, according to her court filing on Thursday in Maryland, reports the Associated Press. She is seeking an unspecified “reasonable sum,” say the documents, and, under terms to which the former heavyweight boxing champ has agreed, according to the filing, legal custody of their two children: Rayna, 5, and Amir, 4. Tyson, who in 1989 was married for one year to actress Robin Givens, met Monica while he was serving a rape sentence in an Indiana prison. They were married in April 1997 … PASSED: Regis Philbin, 68, will not be hosting the upcoming syndicated version of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,” says his rep. “Regis has been offered the syndicated ‘Millionaire’ not once, but twice, and has declined,” Philbin’s agent, Jim Griffin, told the New York Post on Thursday. “I won’t go into the specifics of the offer and why it didn’t compel him, (but) Regis already has a full plate, and it’s not like he needed another job.” ABC has not yet said whether or not the quiz show will return to the network’s prime-time schedule this fall … REACTED: Switzerland is moving to revoke a trademark for the “Bin Ladin” line of clothing, sportswear and jewelry granted to Yeslam Binladen, one of the terror master’s 53 siblings. According to the New York Post, the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property says the trademark “threatens to considerably hurt society circles in their emotional and moral feelings following the Sept. 11 events” … UNSOLVED: An autopsy conducted on film and TV director Ted Demme (“Blow,” “A Lesson Before Dying”), 38, who collapsed and died last Sunday, has proven inconclusive, reports the L.A. Times. Investigators believe that Demme, a nephew of “The Silence of the Lambs” director Jonathan Demme, died of natural causes, said a spokesman for the coroner’s office, which hopes to conclude toxicology tests and further scrutiny of Demme’s medical history within six weeks … REVEALED: Viewers of the NBC sitcom “Friends,” as well as the characters on the show, learned the gender of Ross (David Schwimmer) and Rachel’s (Jennifer Aniston) child on Thursday night.
