Try Trisha Yearwood’s Tangy Brunch Cocktail

Sometimes, the best part of a brunch is a stiff, eye-opening drink – and country star-turned-celebrity chef Trisha Yearwood has concocted a sweet cocktail that’s perfect for any weekend afternoon meal: her Belvedere Lemon Tea Lemonade.

Yearwood, who’s written the cookbooks Home Cooking with Trisha Yearwood and Trisha Yearwood and Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen, will share her libation at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival on Feb. 24 in Miami, but you can make your own at home this weekend. Here’s how:

Belvedere Southern Kitchen Lemonade

1.5 oz. lemon tea vodka (such as Belvedere)
3 oz. fresh lemonade (such as Simply Lemonade)

Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wheel. Enjoy!
