Perhaps Halle Berry could star in a reboot of the old TV classic Sea Hunt.
As seen here, the Oscar winner, sporting a blue bikini top and denim daisy dukes that showed off her toned Malibu-tiful beach body to perfection, shared a laugh with friends while searching for seashells on a Malibu beach Sunday.
Berry, 46, certainly has plenty to smile about: Her new movie with Tom Hanks, the much-buzzed-about time-traveling romance Cloud Atlas, opens in theaters Oct. 26.
So how does the star keep herself so fit? She has help from her trainer Nat Bardonnet, who tells PEOPLE Berry works out – hard – to stay in such great shape.
“Her abs look amazing,” says Bardonnet, who plans 30-minute power workouts with the actress at least three times a week.
The intense cross training sessions – which Berry does while blasting dance music from artists like Ne-Yo or Chris Brown – include everything from push-ups and planks to weight training.
“The way I push Halle, not many people would be able to last,” says Bardonnet. “She always has great energy and a great smile.”
Adds the trainer, “She always stuns me how beautiful and sexy she looks. Whatever curveball I throw at her, she can take.”
