Bethenny Frankel’s TV takeover continues! The reality star has begun filming a pilot for a new talk show.
The former Real Housewives of New York City star, who will begin shooting season three of her Bravo series Bethenny Ever After in July, began taping this advice-style talk show earlier this month, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“I want to be on TV in a format where I can have a longer conversation with my fans rather than 140 characters on Twitter,” Frankel, 40, said in an interview with the paper earlier this year.
In the show, produced by Telepictures, Frankel will team up with Ellen DeGeneres, who will be involved in the production off-camera.
“I’m working with you now,” DeGeneres hinted on a recent episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
As for the new venture, a source tells PEOPLE, “She is excited.”
The project will likely be filmed in New York, where Frankel lives with husband Jason Hoppy and daughter Bryn Casey, 13 months.
Frankel’s rep did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
