Andy Dick was arrested Saturday morning in West Virginia on two felony charges of alleged sexual abuse in the first degree, police confirm.
The comedian, 44, who was in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant in Huntington, was arraigned Saturday in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
According to the Associated Press, court documents show that the comedian is accused of grabbing a bouncer’s crotch earlier in the morning at the Rum Runners bar in Huntington, WV.
Bail was set at $60,000, and Dick’s preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 2.
“I have no comment for now because I’m still determining the facts of the case,” Dick’s attorney Jeffery Rubenstein tells PEOPLE.
This is not Dick’s first run-in with the law. In 2008, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in California. The plea stemmed from an incident in which he allegedly “walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” according to a police statement at the time of the arrest.
